The College Park Neighborhood Association is hosting its 25th Annual 


Tour of Homes

Lake Ivanhoe Park Neighborhood

Sunday November 6th 

1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.




This year’s signature home is 1306 Poinsettia.  Other featured homes are on South Ivanhoe Blvd. and Columbo Circle.  Homes are an eclectic mix of originals, remodels and new construction. Check in is on Lake Ivanhoe at Poinsettia and W. Lake Ivanhoe. 

Antique cars will be on display along South Ivanhoe Blvd.  Doctor Tana Porter’s book, College Park Memories will be available as well as copies of the first College Streets of College Park Walking Tour Brochure.  The plein air painters will be participating again this year, and there will be music to add to the atmosphere.  
Two Free admission passes for CPNA members.
Cost is $25.00 per person for non-members of CPNA.
